Free Girls Flag Football Clinic At Waldwick Superdome

The Superdome Sports facility in Waldwick, New Jersey, will host a free Girls Flag Football Clinic on Tuesday evening, June 11, welcoming girls ages 8 to 14 for an exciting day of fun, learning, and teamwork.

This one-day clinic is designed to introduce girls to the fast-growing sport of flag football in a fun, supportive environment. Participants will receive hands-on instruction in fundamental skills such as passing, catching, route running, and defensive positioning, all led by experienced coaches and mentors passionate about youth sports and empowering girls through athletics.

No experience is necessary—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn! Whether your child is trying the sport for the first time or looking to sharpen her game, this clinic offers a dynamic and inclusive setting for skill development, exercise, and confidence-building.

“Our goal is to create an encouraging space where girls can explore flag football, build foundational skills, and most importantly—have a blast,” said Michae Perrota, Director of the NJ Touchdown Club.
